After Yi highlighted her hair, she found that hair damage was real. Thus her new obsession developed -- scissoring off any split end she could possibly find. She fed The obsession when she needed inspiration, sleep, or just a break. But soon, it wasn't enough.

She discovered that her hair strands were too, fried. Then a thought -- which destroyed her identity as a religious "less-is-more" practitioner -- appeared: "could Olaplex Hair Perfector No.3 be my final resort?"
